I have a 2011 Superduty. Wondering if I can replace the stock 3157 rear brake, turn, running light bulbs with LED,s without affecting how the flasher works. Any thoughts?

I've done it.
LEDs are going to give you fits if you don't know the following
LEDs are much lower resistance than standard incandescent bulbs. Less resistant means they will flash fast known as hyperflash
You need to use Forscan to turn off the bulb out function for each one.
That stops the hyper flash.
When you install LED buy the better brands. Cheap ones have poor solder jobs and will fail
LEDs need to be installed in proper polarity or the Led won't light. Just turn it around in the socket

You can also buy loading or shunt resistors to fool the PCM with a higher load. I, like you, opted to just use the standard incandescent bulbs. The biggest difference in my opinion is having clean, clear lenses.
