ok, Stupid question.

Had a branch fall on my roof and did a slight dent ot my 2006 F50, I need to remove the over head to pop it out, on I have this part down, but how to remove the part that hold it to the roof. Thanks for the help. (pulled the console part, 4 tabs, pull down, unplugged elec plugs, now just how to remove the part to roof. )

This might be one of those times where letting someone else do it is worth it.
Check if there are any "paint-less dent repair" mobile techs in your area.

Otherwise, sorry I don't know the disassembly of the parts you mentioned.

Same thing happened on my 2007. First, I cut the damn tree down. Then, since the aluminum hood was also lightly damaged, I took it to a Dent Wizard. He did a great job and you can't tell a thing. I don't know if he took down the headliner or not but it has never rattled or come loose since.
