Ok...just the bad ones IE went to get differential fluid changed at the dealer. They charged me $800 and never performed the service. THOSE need recognition.
I'll start with the good, not a crappy experience
West , Texas Sakora Ford.
Went in parts, the lady was awesome. She got me the exact parts I needed and no bickering, just friendly service.
START ON A GOOD NOTE I GUESS. Sakora is a great dealer for parts.
McGregor also has a good parts department.
However, McGregor Sales=thumbs down there with internet sales they did not get my business. They would not tell me a price online or on the phone.

If this thread is open long enough every dealer in the country will be listed. 🙂
I'm far from the fan of dealers but you're right, someone has had a bad experience at every dealer. I recently bought my first vehicle from a dealer. I loved it and loved them, but I'm sure someone somewhere thinks they're the biggest *******s on the face of the planet
