Looking for some help identifying what I have. I saw some visual diagrams. Just want to make sure I’m seeing this correctly. I think it’s a Dana 44 or 80. What do you all think?

Your four post of pictures of different diffs is nice, yet it doesn't include a Ford 8" picture. Not necessarily a good choice for our trucks but then again neither is the Toyota 7.8. If you made that list it would be a nice addition.
That's good to know. And in case you didn't know, the little tag has your gear ratio on it. 47/12, the number of teeth on the ring and pinion gears, respectively, works out to a 3.92:1 ratio.
