I have a 09 F150 2wd 4.6 2v. I have a light on my dash. Its a truck with two curved lines under it. I think its the Stability control is not working. Can anyone point me in a general direction on how to diagnose it? I dont know wtf it does!

Its part off the anti-lock brake system. If the light is displayed like you have posted it just means it is turned on. There is a switch on the center stack at the top with that symbol on it. Just push the button to turn it off

I guess I will remove that bezel when I get home if there is enough daylight. I had replaced the tires last year. The tpms sensors didnt work with my truck. I did use Forscan to disable the tpms. Wonder if that could have caused the problem? Well I appreciate pointing me in the right direction. Ray
The wire connector is plugged correctly for the stability control switch behinh the center bezel. It still does nothing when pressed. The stability control light remains on. I am open to any and all suggestions!
Unplug the switch and jumper pin 4 with yellow and gray wire to pin 1 black and see if it changes. Just a touch of the two pins should effect the change, as it is just a momentary switch. If it changes then there is a pin fit issue or defective switch. If it still doesnt change you will have to verify continuity from the pin 4 of the switch to pin 1 of connector 220 at the instrument cluster and verify a good ground to pin 1 of the switch connector as well. If good ground exists and good continuity to cluster you may have a defective cluster. BE MINDFUL all the instruction I have given comes from a 2010 F150 EVTM, there is a possibility your 2009 is different

That is what I was prayin for! I truly appreciate your help! I stink at electrical problems. Over my life I have built about 100 motors. Used to run open wheel modifieds and I always did all my own work. But ........ I suck at electrical! They say knowing your problem is half the battle, I say bull****. I know my problem and still suck at it 100% Ray
