Is there and easier way to adjust the fuel sender so it is accurate without having to drop the tank every time to get the sender out to adjust it?
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Look up resistance specs for your gauge and sender, and try checking across the leads of the sender with a multimeter set to ohms/resistance.
Not sure if there’s much more to be done besides adding an inline resistor as needed to compensate if the sender is low.
If the range is way off perhaps you need a different sender or a different gauge.
