Hello, I am looking for an android head unit 7 inch to fit a 2019 E350 dash. The only thing I can find are those head units to fit up to a 2014 the dash looks exactly like my 2019 but I’m skeptical of buying it because of the year differences has anyone had any luck with 2019 radio double din android head unit replacement?

Thanks I have been looking at that site and I like that they wire up the radio connector for you. Now I have to take the dash off and see how the aftermarket radio is wired in hopefully it’s wired in with a connector and not a cut and solder job.
