Booster/check valve

Hey guys question, i have a hissing noise under the dash and a squealing noise .im pretty sure it’s booster so I ordered one that will be in Monday. Could it also just be a check valve alone or did I do the right thing by just getting a whole new booster? I also think diaphragm in booster could be damaged. I tried to check the Clevis to see if there was a way to check adjustment, but when I brake it also idles fast. Thoughts?

If the noise is inside the cab (hissing on brake application) and the engine speeds up while braking (indicates vacuum leak), the booster diaphragm is most likely bad.
