Good morning ya'll. So, my truck dies a couple times, I replaced the CPS, and everything got wors. Reinstalled the old one, now it won't start. So onto diag. Found fuse #22 blown along with #4. #22 had a 40 amp- (twice the power it should have) replaced both and unplugged the fuel heater. No start. Wait to start light comes on and cycles off. While cranking my oil pressure comes up to normal. My tach is registering ~150 rpm. Check power at #22- 12.7V. Pulled the 42 pin connector off the IDM. Had power to #14 but No power to pin 4. double checked the fuse, changed out relay. Checked my ICP- no oil on plug and the tin nut on IPR is tight. Unplugged ICP, cranked, no start. Next step is to pull the Square 42 pin connector and check # 11 and #12 for power. Beings as the fuse #22 was so big it may have fried a wire or connector if it was already corroded? Anyone have any additional recommendations? I also have good fuel pressure on both tanks.

Reason: Additional Information
Well, I’m up to 5000 I’m new parts and still no run. New fuel pump, new under valve cover gskts and harness, engine wire harness, CPS, IPR, ICP, and of course the shop burned up my starter so a new one of those as well. Still no start. Not sure if the shop/ mechanic has checked the underside of the fuse box. Still no power to the 40 pin plug so I am reluctant to lay blame to the PCM or IDM. If they don’t have power supply they won’t send power out. Any help would be greatly appreciated
