OBDII Connector queston

I just wondering I want to hook my superchip up to my truck and it wouldn't turn on. I wiggled the wires as far up as I could reach them and nothing. I went to my dad's truck and pluged it in and it turned right on. I currently have a no start condition, could this have something to do with my pcm?

Check the cigarette lighter fuse, I believe that's where the port power comes from.

I would check the fuse to the cigarette lighter/powerpoint. That supplies power to the obd2 port.

Here's a pic and diagram of the OBDII Data link Connector.

If the fuse is good there should be 12V on pin 16 even with key off.

Thats what it was, Thanks again guys this truck has had me so stressed out lately that i didn't even think of a fuse.
