1995 F150 XLT

1. Are the seats designed to fold this way
2. Where can I find new seat covers for this

Yes, they are supposed to fold that way for better access to the rear seating.

I bought these for my 95 with 40 20 40 seats

For the money, great deal. They are covers, not new upholstery. Keep that in mind.
