Premium maintenance care
I have the premium maintenance care from Ford. Takes care of oil changes and I think fuel filters and not sure what else. I took my 2024 f450 in for oil change. I emphasized to grease the front end and they said ok. 5 minutes later the advisor came out and told me that greasing the front end was not included and was $72 charge. Isn't this regular maintenance?
