Bed length F150 SuperCab Shortbed 1994

Hello my name is Manuel,
I come from Germany, I'm currently buying an F150 SuperCap short bed from 1994, can one of you tell me the bed length. Does it have a 6, 6.5 or 6.75 bed length? Because I'm looking for a suitable canopy for the truck.

I believe they have a 6'7" bed.
