U-joint replacement question

In an attempt to get rid of an infrequent high speed shake, I figured I'd take a stab at the U-joints. I picked up the parts at Checker, and they are made by GMB. They actually seem to have helped a lot.

Except that I noticed today, that whenever I get on the gas from a complete standstill, I get what can best be described as a quiet high speed clunking from the rear. Kind of sounds like a torque wrench in slow motion.

The truck drives great, and the parts all had free movement, before I put the driveshaft back on the truck. I also made sure to line up the flange to its original position, and the marks line up perfect. The only change that may have been made, was when twisted the tires a bit to get the holes on the flange to line up, so I could get the differential bolts started. I torqued them to 87 lb/ft.

It's only full throttle, from 0mph as far as I can tell. Hopefully someone has a suggestion, because I'd hate to pay to have something re-done, after I finally got around to doing it myself!
