Any CEL or wrench light on the dash?
Sounds like a shift solenoid issue, and I seem to recall there being a TSB for it.
I don't know of any specific shop down in south Florida but am sure there are a number of them in the area.

yes currently my truck is sitting its a 18dually. It about throw ya through the windshield. Mine literally skids the tires down the road until your going slow enough for it to downshift.. unfortunately I'm hoping you can tell me more hate throwing 500 buks at a fluid n filter flush just guessing at it. as the one fella stated did ya test the fluid. It blows my mind how flys can have that much impact. But im assuming in this scenario you would be testing for worn out material in the fluid.. seems like every garage has there own opinion on tranny tranny fluid fluid changes, with or without filter, and how they go about doing them. Idk. In the end im sick of having a 60tho dollar boat anchor.
Yes it is. Unless you believe Ford and their 150k intervals. That 150k interval has killed a lot of good transmissions. Past 60k, you buy a new transmission, not Ford. Anyone that believes the 150k interval, I've got some property on the moon I'll sell you. That interval needs to be cut down to 50k on the 6r and 25-30k and any 10r varieties
stop giving bad into of it not due yet. What do you think contrubutes to a worn VB or sticky siliniods, bad luck?
