Transmission Trouble

Any input is appreciated, truck is a 2017 6.7 with a 6r140 truck has 82K miles. The truck will not shift past 2nd gear when it goes to third the truck hops and jumps back to second gear. Fluid is good, has anyone ran into this problem? Does anyone know a good repair shop near Miami Florida?

Fluids good? How do you know, did you take a sample amd send it to Blackstone?
I get so darn tired of "I got transmission trouble "
I never serviced it but i dont know whats wrong. This is not a harp on just you, this is general public.
service the pan and filter. Then get back to us.

Sounds like a shift solenoid issue, and I seem to recall there being a TSB for it.
I don't know of any specific shop down in south Florida but am sure there are a number of them in the area.

Yes it is. Unless you believe Ford and their 150k intervals. That 150k interval has killed a lot of good transmissions. Past 60k, you buy a new transmission, not Ford. Anyone that believes the 150k interval, I've got some property on the moon I'll sell you. That interval needs to be cut down to 50k on the 6r and 25-30k and any 10r varieties
stop giving bad into of it not due yet. What do you think contrubutes to a worn VB or sticky siliniods, bad luck?
