My buddy traded his deleted 15 6.7, I'm sure WITHOUT the tuner , to a local dealer for his new 23 or 24 whatever it is. I believe it was going right to auction.
I have seen other used deleted 6.7s in the past being advertised online on dealer or used car lot ads... I will admit, having it running, and being obvious what it is, is ballsy.
