I thought the YouTube add was a new Sync 4 feature... and the 23-24 Sync 4 were to eventually receive?
Similarly the new Apple Play is to show up on Ford Sync 4... if it hasn't already.

As an alternative... actually a better alternative are Video Streamers. There are many options, the Magic Box 2.0 is a common unit. Although I find it lagging and not very good. The Elite Box 4.0 is superior in performance and stability, faster processor, cleaner Firmware, etc.

Using Elite Box 4, you plug into the USB-C or USB-A port on console, lay box in cubby tray (hockey puck size). Center Screen can become the screen for Elite Box. Connect to Internet via Phone Hotspot or Trucks AT&T. Everything available going down road, including YouTube and all the Streaming Services: Paramount, Apple TV, etc. Think of Elite Box as a mini-PC, connected to your Trucks Main Screen and Audio system.

I pulled the cord on my Dish Satellite, moved Home to YouTubeTV... all channels available with unlimited DVR. Now fully available anyplace: Hotel, Travel, Auto.
Ordered several Portable Video Streamers to test, selected the Elite Box 4. In Truck, I can pull up Fox News or NewsMax and watch / listen to any show LIVE or recorded... any show or streaming service available. Very Cool... pull up Apple TV, NetFlix, Paramount, etc. Install and use many Android apps.
For larger groups, you can BlueTooth signal back to rear Monitors if desired... per instructions, just my Wife & I so we don't use that option.

Limitation NOTE: I've found a small limitation for YouTubeTV, but similar for all Services. You can watch any program LIVE or Recorded... except your Home Local Channels IF Outside your local channel zone. You can watch Local channels 1 day later, but not LIVE if outside Local zone. Not a big deal since I don't watch much local media anymore, except for Weather.

You can flip back and forth to Trucks Screen / Elite Screen.
It's current too... while sitting in parking lot waiting for Wife's shopping... I'll check for updates. It regularly updates the Android Apps and its own Firmware.

If you explore, have patience at first... you will need to sit in driveway (using home WiFi ?) and perform the Firmware Updates, Android Updates, Install the Apps you desire: YouTubeTV, Video Stream Services (Netflix, Paramount, Apple TV, etc), Apple Music, Maps, various RV apps, etc. Once you arrange your Elite Desktop on your Truck screen, it becomes easier to access and use the Elite Box.
