Steering Stabilizer / Dampener

My Truck is an F250 on a 3 inch lift running 35's with a little over 2500 miles on the clock. I drive gravel roads at slower speeds and paved roads on a daily basis. The two lane paved roads have a lot of unevenness and poor attempts at patch jobs from the county. I have installed the Bilstein dampener in place of the stock unit. This was a great upgrade over the stocker and for around $100 bucks and 10 mins of my time it was well worth it. My issue is the steering wheel still moves more than I would like on these surfaces. I am leaning towards a dual stabilizer setup but notice most of them use the bolts from the diff cover to mount the center bracket. Guys that have installed kits like this have you had any issue with diff cover leaking?

Also, if you are going to swap out the stock dampener, do yourself a favor and get a pickle fork. It will save you a bunch of $%%#$ ^**&%%&

I changed the dampener when I did the Bilstein 4600 shocks "just because", even though I only had 3000 miles on the truck. I didn't notice any difference with my steering or drive for how I use the truck. Whatever, it was only $100.

I didn't want to beat on the steering stuff with a pickle fork, so I tried a 3 arm arm pulley puller first. It was a quick, easy "plink" to loosen it, I was surprised by how untight it was.

I just remove a dual steering stabilizer kit that uses the two diff bolts....the two bolts kept stripping and the heli coils were getting looser and looser. i replaced with a stryker dual steering stabilizer bracket that does not use the diff bolts.

I have a Kelderman Fox 2.0 dual steering stabilizer that clamps to the front axle and secures to two front differential bolts. This kit came with a spacer and longer bolts. I have had no differential gasket leakage for six years. I think I used thread locker on the new bolts.
