Good day all!! I am currently in the process of removing the radiator core support to replace it. It's on a 1995 F-150 XLT. Most of the bolts behind the headlamp assemblies and the 8 upper bolts (4 on each end of the support on the top) are rusted and shot. I've had to cut a few out and I'll have to cut out 6 of the 8 on top. Has anyone found somewhere to order original replacements? I have also ordered an new bushing kit for the bottom of the core support since that was all rusted as well.
You're looking for flange bolts. Lowe's, HD, Ace Hardware all carry them. Fastenal and McMaster-Carr are also a good sources for odd things like this. LMC trucks also has hardware.

This is what I did when I replaced the fenders and core support on mine. Ace Hardware has the best selection of metric hardware out of any of the brick and mortar stores around me.
Inspect the headlight buckets when you get them out. Don't be surprised to see the plastic split where the studs come out. I fixed mine with JB Weld and new studs for a season and eventually just replaced them with new pieces from Bronco Graveyard.
