1998 F 250 core support

My Buddies F 250 complete with 33,000 original miles has rusted out the corner of the core support dropping the front corner down. How much grief and what is the best way to go about replacing the core support. Thanks

Basically disassembling the front end sheetmetal including radiator, cutting the core support out, mig welding a new one in, then paint , then assembly.
