Power Folding Mirrors....
....are just not working. The switch is there, I get the impression this truck (2002 Navigator) is equipped with the power folding mirror option, but I can't seem to figure out what gets them to fold in and back out. Thankfully they're folded out, but they won't fold in for love or money. Is the switch supposed to fold them in and out, or is the switch being in a certain position supposed to have the truck fold them in and out on its own? How would I go about troubleshooting this problem? (I'm not even sure where to start)

Four quick things come to mind that should be looked into.
1. Blown fuse.
2. Mirrors were replaced with non-folding mirrors.
3. Bad switch.
4. Damaged wiring at door hinge or chewed by mice somewhere.
