Yes, I can elaborate. I finally got on myself through using my phone, which isn’t my preferred method, but was the only way I could post pictures on the fourm. I tried to go back to use my normal method of access on the website which is a PC on top of the desk I cannot get on using the PC and using the phone. I’m not sure this is the first time I’m trying to do that if it’s possible to use both with the same ID and the same pass word. It seems the password for my phone won’t work with using access from the desktop PC.Im using the same password and username for both

so right now I have Comcast as a supplier of my signal Internet signal. I have there router for my connection. I don’t have this issue anywhere else. I’m not an IT guy. It’s quite hard to message you. It’s hard to find this particular message and it’s harder to get to the point where I can respond to you in this way. It’s certainly not easy.
it's not the site ,more like a PC issue , so yes i'm another with trying a total reboot , turn everything off for a few min's, restart, if using chrome, right upper side the 3 dots, go down to delete browser data , find advanced ,check all the boxes, delete all, reboot
if your using windows,in the search area type history clear browsing history by clicking every box,
many time even with a phone a issue can in many cases be resolved with a simple reboot,

and if running windows 11 did the issue start after the last 2 monthly updates ? ask as MS has caused issues with the last updates,one caused a black screen , another in a case i had, it told me a PC running 11 pro was not capable of running 11 due to CPU and tpm issues, temp fix was to delete both updates, what programs or extensions has he recently added? what issue in his pc is blocking his logging into fte

I'm going to guess his hard drive is failing him. Knowing which type of Solid-State drive, it would give him choices.
