2023 XL, tailgate power lock conversion issues.
Hi all
installed the factory correct harness and power lock on my 2023 XL. The lock won’t operate from the fob or the door switch.
I verified no power to the power tailgate lock. Wondering if I missed a step?

Actually, with a better set of jumper, I was and am getting voltage to the lock actuator itself. then I tried feeding direct voltage to either pin on the actuator and got nothing. Either I have a ground wire disconnected or it's a bad actuator. I hate throwing parts at a project but at this point I ordered another one.
