I have a 1990 bronco 2, it will not crank. A couple months ago I started it to fix an existing issue, it started fine, then the next time I tried to start it and nothing. dash lights come on and i can hear fuel pump kick on but no crank, i could get it to turn over from jumping the starter solenoid, the bronco is a project so i figured id get to it eventually, well now its eventually and now it will not crank jumping the solenoid.
I checked all the relays and they seem to be in order.
I have replaced the key cylinder, the ignition switch, and the solenoid. no crank still, not even when jumping the solenoid. Its a new battery as well.
At one point I think I heard the starter clunk, but am not totally sure.
I reckon I'll be throwing a starter on it tomorrow and crossing my fingers, but I'd like to hear yalls thoughts, thanks.
