This is off my 1979 model 385 series 460. I cant remember where it was installed.
I would also like to know what its for. I am installing the CVF Serpentine pulley system and will likely not need this.
Any help is appreciated! jb

That thing bolts to the intake manifold the throttle return spring hooks from that to the carburetor throttle.
