Is Filtration Systems Worldwide still in business?

I have one of their FS2500 oil bypass systems in place on my 7.3 Excursion. I ordered some new filter elements from them and they took my money and never sent the filters. Since then, I cannot get a hold of the company. It’s like they disappeared off the map. I was wondering if anyone else is having problems getting their filters? Or knows if they were sold off to someone else? Note that their website appears to be fully functional and capable of taking orders. Any help would be appreciated.

Just found this thread... yep, they screwed me out of 170 bucks for two spin on filters in August, those effers...

Prior to, they were always great with answering phone calls... and shipping out product... no clue WTF happened...

The same thing happened to me. I actually talked to Randy and ordered new hoses, because my crimp ends were rusting so bad, and three new filters. He took my money and did not send anything. And now I can not contact them. !!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FORM THEM!!

I removed the whole system and installed the Sinister diesel kit that uses the Amsoil bypass filter and the same 7.3 oil ports for the hoses. also The Amsoil filter lasts 60k miles instead of 10k !! The Sinister kit is very good.
