Hey guys...was rotating the 7.3 on the stand for cleaning and resealing and this object fell out..The pan was removed.. Looks to be threaded
Any idea what it could be? Its about 3/4 inches long.. Thanks
OK 'ill check the oil pan Monday and see if the dipstick bung has been modded, Thanks..I did roll the engine over with the pan attached to get to the bolts...so it could have fallen out of the pan into the engine...Thanks

But, I would expect wet and goo if it cam out of the pan. If from the top of the engine I have no idea.
