Hi I was pulling out of driveway to leave my truck is a dually auto. It shifted from 1 to 2 ok then went from 2nd gear to i believe reverse. It locked the back wheels up to the point they skidding and I about went through windshield. It wont shift any higher even in manual. When rpms come down it goesback to 1. Then repeats itself any help would be highly appreciated thanks everyone..

I would say it didn't go into reverse, the fact that it WILL move in lower gears leads me to believe you've got a valve body sticking and two gears are trying to engage, thus locking the transmission.
Best thing to do is take it to a competent transmission shop. On a wrecker.
If it were me and I didn't have a mechanic I really trusted I would at least consider swapping in the solenoid body from SPE. I've read several reviews where it solved various shifting issues. It's $1,000 and I'd imagine it would be very easy to ring up a $1,000 bill from the stealership or some rando transmission shop.
