you would prolly have to start with different engine mounts, im sure the tranny mounts will have to be fabricated a little bit but it shouldnt involve to much work, good luck
If you don't already have the 390 & trans, I would check out your local wrecking yards. There are usually plenty of trucks with the 360 or 390 C6 combo to be found and all the mounting hardare would be with them. I know of two such trucks in a yard close to here and I think the 360 & C6 combo was a popular option.
Ford changed the motor mount attachment points on the FE engines (360,390 etc) in the mid 60's, 64 as I remember. If you do use a 390 from a 63, and it is the original 63 390, you will have to make modifications to the late model motor mount insulators to make everything fit. As N69MF said, you would be far ahead finding a donor truck. You would be able to use all factory parts for your swap and the project would be a nut and bolt changeover, with no fabricating involved.
