Hi,
Does anyone have a list of maintenance items over time that I should be doing for my 'new to me' truck? I just picked up a 2025 7.3L F350 in March, coming from a 2007.5 diesel Silverado and would like to know when to change what. I did just about all the work on my old truck except for a few minor things that needed a dealer flash, etc, albeit there were no major repairs ever. Great truck.
Thanks!
Ted
New trucks don't come with owners manuals anymore. It's on the touch screen. Additionally, the recommended intervals will get you through the warranty period. OP you can look over scraprats "nearing 100k maintenance" thread for a long lived 7.3L. Personally, I changed my break in oil at 1k and will be doing oil changes and rotations at 5k intervals going forward. I'll be changing out diff and transfer case fluids at 15k the first time, then stretching those out quite a bit. I'm debating if I'll be super **** and change my trans fluid at 25k or just stick with 50k filter services. Brake flush every 2-3 years. Spark plugs at the first sign of misfires after 50k, they're just platinum tipped.

And congrats on the new truck!
Thanks!!
The owner's manual is pretty limited. I see oil and coolant, but no info on transmission fluid or differentials. Thanks for the info.
Enjoy the new truck. Maintenance is a funny topic on the boards some go to the extreme, while others live on the edge and follow recommendations. Pick you poison.
