Since the last software upgrade the backup / tailgate camera on my 2023 F150 will no longer zoom in. It worked fine a week ago but I can't get it to zoom now.
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
I can't take it to the local Ford dealership as they are nearly useless.

Have you checked to see if your truck is part of the recall? There is a recall for the backup camera. It freezes. No known fix yet. Maybe this is another symptom.

I recently experienced the same issue on my 2022 F250 and wonder if it might be a similar issue. I also don't have the moving white lines that indicate the wheel path while in reverse.
