ok last winter when i wasnt working i played alot of playstation 2, i even beat the game "medal of honor, frontline" took forever and i had to use cheat codes
i also play grand theft auto 3 alot
im just wondering what other games are like medal of honor that are great war games, but not so difficult you cant enjoy it? i know they made medal of honor, rising sun now. anyone play that?
Max Payne 2 is a pretty great new game....it's not a war game, but it is a shoot-em-up game. Also, my buddy says that Rainbow Six (I've never personally played it) is a good one too.

I've said it once and I'll say it again: "Get Socom I or II: US Navy Seals. It has taken more hours out of my life than breathing almost! Best game ever!
For PS2-Both socom I and II are very good. Both my son and myself play.
For the PC, I prefer Ghost Recon. Best online gaming ever. There must be 200 sites dedeicated to Mods, new maps etc. I haven't plated G.R. on PS2, i have heard it isn't anywhere near as good.
I don't like true crime for ps2. It does too many things to do any of them really well imo. The driving is poor the fighting is poor and the shooting is poor.
MOH Rising Sun is awesome imo. I didn't play any of the others though so I can't say if it's better than the previous ones. It is tough though. I also loved GR for PC but have never tried it online. Vice city plays just like GTA3 but different map and stuff to do (Like helicopter and motorcycles) but again the driving physics like true crime suck imo. I loved the old driver game for ps1. Seemed like it was more realistic as far as the dynamics of how the car handled than the newer games that have all the other stuff in them.
RRmike is rising sun the same as medal of honor frontline? what im asking is, do you just run around on foot with different missions, or are you in an airplane or a battleship?
I played Need For Speed: Underground the other day. I thought it was pretty cool because it had good graphics and switched to different camera angles when you got air. In terms of playing it was a bit unrealistic but fun.
you can also make way more modifications to it than you can in gran tourismo too.
