Having trouble confirming the correct part numbers and install location for a block heater. Mine is a 2022 F250 6.2 gas, the ones that show up under my vin say it’s for a 2019-23. And that’s all I can find. Also need info on where to install it in the block. Any assistance would be appreciated.
I have a 22 6.2 with a block heater. I will do my best to remember to get you a pic tomorrow of a factory install. I would not be surprised that the part numbers are the same across multiple years. If I forget please message me.
Drivers side of the block between the oil cooler bracket and the bellhousing in a threaded hole. The wiring harness then goes forward along the drivers side frame rail and terminates behind and above the air scoop at the bottom of the radiator opening. I think a new harness will have the attachment points so that you can find the right holes and such for it. Let me know if you need more.
