the auto regen off is interesting when you dive into some pcm behavior data.
some folks like myself can roll back soot grams and the dpf SL numbers show soot grams going forward local and backwards on the highway.....but..on my 2019 , the pcm does regens using dpf % full and that counter does not roll back.....so for example..yesterday i was at 23 grams of soot and 96% full....today I went driving on the highway and ended at 19 grams of soot and 100% dpf %.....AND...I got the dash prompt that my DPF was full and I needed to regen....my soot is 19 ....normally my DPF will have soot at 33 to 36 when it regens at 100%.
so...I thought I could go to 125%, but it looks like you will get false regen now prompts on your dash trying to do that.
