Window trim

After a 3 hour trip home on the interstate after picking her up today, I see this on the passenger door. WTH?!?! I didn’t hear anything hit the truck.

Best way to fix it? Some black silicone caulk ?

Wierd. Order a new window trim piece.

I also would buy a new trim piece.

With no scratches on the paint at all I would question whether that came from the factory like that and ask for it to be replaced under warranty.

When we did a walk around the truck yesterday and took it for a test drive this definitely was not there.
Only one of two things could’ve happened:
A- The detailing department didn’t because I didn’t check the truck when they brought it around.
B- something hit it on I75.

Thank goodness for no chipped paint though 🤨

I’ll reach out to my dealership and ask how much this trim piece will cost.
