Tuning Device and Tuner

Hey Guys , newer member here with a question about getting my 2025 Ford F250 XLT Premium with the 7.3 Gas Engine Tuned . I have read a couple Tuners out there that do tune my spec truck , only they are 2020-2022 year models with the 7.3 gas engine . I did a brief search on tuning for a 2025 year model trucks such as mine but didnt come up with any results . So basically my question is does anyone here on the forum have a 2025 F250 7.3 gas engine truck that has been tuned ? If so, please let me know what if any options are available . I would like to find a higher end tuning device ( device with larger screen that also can be windshield or a pillar mounted ) with a reputable tuner that really has our 7.3 gas engine trucks sorted out and safely tuned with really good hp/tq gains . Would really like a device that has quite a bit of features such as speedometer recalibration to accommodate larger tires so i can get my speedometer readings more accurate . But the main reason for a tune is for the power and torque gains . Ive read really big hp/tq gains from their tuned 2022-2022 year model F250 7.3 gas engine trucks . Let me know if you guys know of anything available for my truck . Thanks in advance .

I have a 2024 F250 and have yet to see any tunes available.
I think Ford changed something to make it harder to tune these vehicles.

It's not just that Ford made it harder (which I believe they did), it's also that there's been a crackdown on tuning diesel trucks in particular, and trucks in general - emissions systems are being tested by more states, and not having them on a vehicle that should have had them is leading to big fines. As such, the tuner companies are basically closing up shop and becoming harder and harder to find.

Isn’t the EPA doing a reverse course on this? I thought I saw today on Fox where the head of the EPA said that the 2009 Obama law that went into effect, they are going to go away with it and they are just awaiting Trump‘s signature. Apparently all the emissions issue was BS.
I caught bits and pieces of it. Someone correct me if I’m wrong.

Gas engines aren't deleted and aren't under the scope of the crackdowns. Contact 5 Star and ask when they will have tunes/tuner available. More than likely they have to crack the encoding of the PCM.

HPTuners has introduced a lot of Ford tuning access in the past 2 weeks. I have one trustworthy fellow telling me access is coming soon.

On the other hand, I have HPTuners telling me to sign up for the Beta Testers program.

It really irks me that they have gotten access to pretty much any modern Ford, and rolled it out in the past 2 weeks, but one single configuration is missing, the 2024-2025 7.3 gas

No. All the current emissions BS stays in place, but what the new administration did was to stop future, stricter emissions mandates from going into effect.

Yeah don’t celebrate about emissions deletes etc. I highly doubt they will go through the trouble of dismantling past emissions rules and regs.

But the wacko course we were on was only to the benefit of the Patricians. Stuff and swallow your own emissions so we can buy carbon tax credits to offset our private jets use.

Maybe they will slack up on some enforcement and instead use that time to see exactly how all the stuff we buy from third world countries is produced without environmental standards. The only solution thus far to help those people from ‘global warming’ has been to open borders.

Maybe we were on a wrong path and course is correcting?

Yep. Today the US has the cleanest air globally in any population zone. Our vehicles have the cleanest emissions yet CARB wanted more more more. You can only squeeze so much until there is nothing left, and it isn't about MPG anymore, its about reaching 0 emissions. Thankfully common sense has returned to the WH. Emissions will be back to pre-2009, unfortunately though, DEF EGR DPF were already in place, so don't expect any reprieve from being able to delete since Diesel emissions are more towards health, than climate.
