1955 F600 project

I am fairly unfamiliar with these old trucks. I have been doing a lot of digging over the last year or so trying to decide best course of action. I have I believe just about everything as far as body panels so my biggest concern right now is drivetrain.
First this has the 5 speed new process overdrive transmission. I can’t find any information on it at all as far as parts ratios the clutch.
Next the engine. The truck has been sitting for honestly I don’t know how long. With that in mind I am preparing myself for a rebuild. Is there any kind of difference from the big truck engines to the car and pickup engines? It’s a 256 so I’m just trying to figure out what I can and can’t do.

The 5 speed light duty with overdrive has the following ratios:
6.247, 3.64, 1.89, 1.00, .798, 6.17
Here is an exploded diagram of the transmission (with group numbers, not full part numbers):
As for the engine, some parts are truck specific, others not so much. A good rebuilder will be familiar with being able to sort through the differences and typically want to source their own parts through their channels and so it wouldn't be a burden on you.
