2020 edge titanium bogging during acceleration

regular maintenance
no codes or lights
Hello, After using cheap gas from BJs, my 2020 edge keeps bogging down until I hit 50. Above 50 no issues. Have gone through at least 15 tanks of good gas. Tried sea foam with no improvement. Next STP. Then mechanic said Techron. Very slight improvements.
With filter in tank, is there anything else I can try.
