Don't give up, trust me use an ice pick. I spent probably an hour or so trying to get the first one out then tried an ice pick and it popped right out, then the other side took me 10 minutes to pull that ring and replace the whole hub total.
i tried the screwdriver, i tried the pick, - no luck the bronco is stronge than the tools. BUT i talked to my friend who claimed he is an expert at getting these out, so ill get him over here before i take it in
