You dont get the same hardware on an F250 as on an F350. Only IF you get the upgraded trailer towing package will you get to a 3 leaf with overload that comes standard on an F350, otherwise its a 2 leaf, no overload.
My F250 does not have the trailer towing package, just the 10500# GVWR PACKAGE, and I have the overload.
Unless something has changed again, the F350 derated to 10,000 lb Is no longer available as of the 2023 model.
I have about 14 or 15 of these in my fleet still. Prior to 2023 models, it would order at 350s with the 10K package this allowed me to have a 16k trailer for my non-cdl drivers.
My new f250s with HCTT are 11,100 so now I have to derate my 16K trailers when ordering.

I thought they brought back the 10k derate? Or maybe it was the box delete I'm thinking of?
The Hi Cap/camper package also gets you the rear anti-sway bar, correct? Not included in other configurations from 2017+ if memory serves me.
The camper package gets you the sway bar. My 2023 doesn't have it, but has the PPU, but no camper package. My 2025 I ordered specifically with the camper package, to get the sway bar and the helper spring.
I'll be getting some sort of sway bar for the 2023... it makes that much of a difference.

Charlie clarified the sway bar inclusion package parameters. Thanks, @Charlie98 ! Many people post 2017+ found out it is no longer included unless that package is included.

When I bought my 1999 F-250, it had the camper package, and, back then, the trailer package... so helper spring, sway bar.
When I traded it for my 2009, it DIDN'T have anything but 2 spaghetti noodle leaf springs... no sway bar, no helper or overload spring. What a mess that thing was with weight!!!
My 2023 has the helper spring, which was nice, but after I bought my 2025... with the camper package... I realized what I was missing in the 2023... the sway bar.

Don't have time to research it now...
I looked at my order sheet for my '25, and it shows a field for the 10k derate, which I obviously didn't take so it's not checked. However, when I get on the 'build your own' on the website, the 10k derate for an F350 isn't available. Now this is for a CCSB SRW, perhaps it's available for duallys? I didn't look too deep.

Yes I know; the point I was trying to make is that there is so much overlap (option dependent, of course) and since you can order an F250 to be just as capable or with equal or better ratings to some F350's that it seems to me to be getting to the point where the badges mean little anymore.
Interesting. My 2024 has the 10600# GVWR and just has the standard 2 leaf as pictured above.
What I find interesting is that some people refer to a 10,600 GVWR and others a 10,500 GVWR. I have looked very closely at my stickers and it definitely is a FIVE. What is the difference there?
And to clarify, I have the 2-main-spring setup, with a helper and overload. So, four leaves altogether, but only 2 leaves are in use with light/med load.

I'm positive that the is no 10k derate option for the DRW which has a standard GVWR of 14,000

For the 2024 F-250, there are 12 different GVWRs across 2 or 4 wheel drive, 3 cab configurations, 5 wheelbases and 4 engines. Crazy right?
The F250 GVWRs are 10,000, 10,100, 10,200, 10,300, 10,400, 10,500, 10,600, 10,700, 10,800, 11,000, 11,100, 11,200.
