2014 F150 5.0:
I rebuilt the entire a/c system June 2024. Compressor and condenser was Motorcraft. About a week ago it stopped cooling. Performed dye test. The evaporator is shot. I bought it thru Rockauto. The Motorcraft unit is not sold alone. The entire plenum assembly is required and I believe it is on backorder. Looking for recommendations for a good product. I even considered cleaning my old one. It may be better than what is available. OEM is $500-800. TIA

OEM is the way to go. You get a new evap temp sensor and expansion valve with it. It is the only way you can get a new factory evap temp sensor so another reason to go that way.
