6.0 no crank

I went to the gas station and when I came back out truck wouldn’t crank I popped the hood and realized my clutch fan wire was ripped out I put a new one in and still nothing tried jumping off inner fender wire still nothing I climbed under neath and jumped the starter manually with a flat head and it just spun freely not hitting flywheel

Check the volts at the starter, have to start somewhere.
