Hit the local parts store and ask for a rebuild kit for your year / make / model / motor size with a Motorcraft v2 carburetor.
You did not say what is wrong with the carburetor but most of the time a good cleaning / rebuild kit is all it needs.

Every carburetor I have ever owned had the make and model stamped on the main body of the carburetor. If you have no ID markings you may have a chinese knock off carburetor. Getting a rebuild kit for those might be hard to find. You're probably going to replace it with another chinese knock off or get a rebuilt ford carb. Later you can probably find a rebuild kit for an OEM carb.

And why I said hit the local parts store and tell them what you got as rebuild kits if many different year carbs.
