Timing Chain not lined up

Just replaced phasers and timing chains, installed main chain double link lines up with crank, next colored link lines up with driver side but passenger side falls short one link off dot as per pic, should I remove the cam lock tool and move the sprocket to match chain or did I maybe get a bum chain ?!

I have never done chains on these yet but I have done plenty of other vehicles.

Before you do anything else, get a paint pen and start marking things so if all else fails, you can at least get it back to where it currently is. Actually I'd get two different colors just in case you need to mark stuff twice.
