I have a no weld bung, on driver side for my A/F ratio, used rtv to keep it from sliding the gasket, around, until I got clamps tight(2yrs ago), as the man falling out a 10 story window kept saying...so far so good

In the header or the exhaust pipe, shortys or long tubes?
Since installing with headers and just mufflers and pipes, I get rough idle, hard starts, etc. No cats have been installed, so no place for smog sensor etc.

You say you have mufflers and pipes, but you also say you just have headers on.

@Kenneth Maddux this is your answer. Install the O2 sensor 18" from the collector in you exhaust pipe.
I have a 1992 F-150 with a 302 EFI. Since installing with headers and just mufflers and pipes, I get rough idle, hard starts, etc. No cats have been installed, so no place for smog sensor etc. I do not want that crap on there anyway. So what delete kit would I need for the EGR delete ? Is the A.I.R the same ? I'm sure I could find a Youtube video on how to do, but have no clue on what I would all need. Anyone do this on a 302 yet? Can anyone direct me to the correct and complete set to do this?
Thanks
So you have headers, mufflers and pipes?
As the others have pointed out: deleting the EGR and air injection system isn’t going to solve the problem. The lack of an oxygen sensor is causing the engine to run poorly.

Then you don’t have anything but the headers.

I have a red arrow pointing to the oxygen sensor. It appears that you have a black circle around the air injection pipe. Is that what you are asking about?

What Hedman headers did you buy? The long tubes I bought from Pacesetter has an O2 bung in each header.
@My4Fordtrucks Check your pm please. Thank you guys, I'm more of a visual guy more than anything. I hope I can get this solved soon before that snow hits the ground. If it goes on there, I want to put it back, minus the cats of course.
"The sensor needs to be pointed downward "------???? What I have ATM

Reason: more info
Pretty sure you won't be able to install the muffler like that, nor would you want to. There is a frame cross member and a transmission in the way.
The best place for the O2 sensor is in the collector of your long tube. I'd put it at the 12 o'clock position on the collector, and the bung should have an angle, no more than 10*.
My bungs are on the inside of the collector, cannot see in picture, but not ideal, as the trans is in the way, had to install on drivers side.
I'm going to modify my Y pipe, either install a bung there, or add a tube like the stock one has that joins the two exhaust pipes together.
