Rotor and pads
My front rotors are warped but my pads still have at least half the material left. I see on RA they recommend replacing pads along with new rotors, but could it be a bad idea to keep the same pads? I usually have to replace both at the same time due to wear, but I didn’t rack up many miles on my truck lately and the high carbon rotors from Autocrap are about 5 years out of warranty. I’m trying to watch the $$ I spend on my truck right now, but I don’t want to cheap out and be sorry later on. What do you all think? Fleet mechanics??
