retractable running boards
2019 F250 limited in off parking mode, using power to drain battery. I believe is running board motor trying to retract when board is already retracted with trunk off. Killing battery
anyone else seen this, is this a sensor or is sensornin the motor

I would hope there is a somewhat simple way to unplug your running board motors, maybe pull a fuse, so you could see if those are causing your battery drain.
If you have a multimeter you could first set that up to see if you have a parasitic amp draw, most likely you do. Google has plenty of videos to set that up with your multimeter, it’s not overly difficult.
