towing report
2024 Ranger XLT with 2.7 engine.
2100 mile round trip. First 1/2 of the trip the truck just had luggage, and got 24-25 MPG, driving 75-80 mph. The return trip we were towing a 6X12 Uhaul trailer (1920lbs empty) with around 1,000 lbs of "stuff". I drove 65-70 mph and got 15.7 mpg. Overall mileage for the entire trip was 19 mpg.
The truck handled everything well, and very pleased with the MPG. Great truck.

Nope, it is 4WD.
Disclaimer here: I did not manually caculate the mileage, I went by what the dash disply was showing. Don't know how accurate that is.
