I believe your original symptoms would lead any buyer to think they will need to overhaul the transmission regardless, so probably nothing to lose. At the same time, I didn't want to lead you blindly into something that might make it worse than it is already.

when that pan comes down than we always know a lot more , whats the oil look like,how much metal how much clutch, good luck man

The oil on the dipstick is still cherry red, and doesnt smell burnt..i kinda thought since it looked good and didnt smell, maybe the problem was something else....i appreciate all the help from y'all !!!!

That's why I'm thinking of maybe something dumb like the filter not sealing or something like that. Maybe a pan full of goo, and a glob of goo got sucked in, still a problem, but now with some explanation. Usually they fail over a longer period of time than one drive home lightly loaded.
