2025 F350. Hill descent control fault, no turn signals, wipers only work on high, no cruise and lights that won’t work on auto. Dealer never looked at it. Told me Ford is aware and there is no fix. Anyone else encounter this?
Holy cow! That is horrible! How can the dealer be so nonchalant about this? I would definitely try another dealer to see if they say the same thing. Hopefully you have another dealer close to get a second opinion. I'm sorry you're having to deal with this. This shouldn't even be an issue on a brand new vehicle.
Huh?
I'm very sceptical that someone at the dealership that made this claim is accurately representing the manufacturer. Ford isn't claiming that they are aware of that laundry list and they don't know of a solution.
There IS a repair procedure for each and every defect.
Ford regularly has service staff tell their customer's that Ford is aware of the issue and a fix is expected by such and such a quarter. We print it out and give it to our customers as we are in the habit of trying to build a long relationship
I would still ask them to perform a self test and make sure there are not some codes they could resolve. Additionally, make sure the lid on the fuse box under the hood on the passenger side isn't loose allowing water intrusion

No mention of wipers only working on high, nor the auto lighting issue reported.
Of course I'm really only making the point that the customer with the brand new truck hears "yeah yeah, Ford knows all about this and sorry, they say there's nothing they can do about it right now"
It's all in the delivery of the message. 🤔🤣
At least with the official document from Ford being provided for the customer to read themselves, the information is accurate. And in this case they could differentiate one of the issues their truck is exhibiting vs the others.
Maybe the OP is the only one who is combining all the issues under the one explanation? But I wouldn't be surprised in the least if it's a result of an apathetic communication effort from the service writer. It's an epidemic problem in the dealership service industry, in my opinion. After-sale customer service just isn't what it once was. If you are fortunate to find/have a good dealership service department, stick with them!

You are spot on pertaining to the BJB. My 9 month old truck with 3500 miles had all kinds of ABS codes and wouldn't start. I bought a new BJB and all problems were solved. The corrosion on the PCB inside looked like battery acid ate it alive. I use a car wash several times a week and wonder if that might have been a contributing factor. The cowl drains right on top of it too. My cover appeared to be closed and sealed. I bought 1/8" thick rubber sheet and it's now draped over the BJB so water just rolls off the sides. One thing I added was dielectric grease to the 3 main plugs that plug into the bottom of the BJB. There are may pictures on the internet on how those bottom tabs corrode. All my corrosion was inside the BJB and not on the bottom. I started with strange warnings back in January but finally I had every ABS warning everything that's connected to it squawking when you turn the truck on. I wonder if the dealer pulls fuses while on the lot and the cover wasn't put back on right. Who knows. It's a bad area for it anyway. I have a Whipple on it so warranty is probably gone, but a new BJB is only 125.00.
Here is the part# for a new 2024 BJB gas, and all the fuses are installed.
The rubber cover I put on.
